  • Our handling time to process your order will be 2 to 3 Days from the order date. Situations like Out of Stock, Vehicle not available etc .. will take a day or 2. We are working hard to make the deliveries as quick as possible.
  • If you give us an incorrect delivery address/contact number and a parcel is returned to us or undelivered because of that incorrect address we reserve the right to charge additional shipping cost to cover the re-sending of your parcel to the correct address.
  • If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items.
  • Any issues arising because of Courier/Logistic Partner is not in www.Pachaa.in control. We will try to resolve the issues/problem that are under our control only. But we do not guarantee resolution for any extreme situation.

  • Door Delivery option - charges and minimum order amount
           1.  Minimum order should be above Rs.250.
           2.  Standard delivery charges are applicable.
           3.  Standard delivery charge is calculated as per weight of the order and distance of delivery location from Chennai(Koyambedu)
  • Pay While Pickup option
           1.  In Pay While Pickup option, the parcel will be dropped to the nearest Courier/Parcel Service Office in Chennai.
           2.  Minimum amount of Rs.50-200
    based on weight will be charged to ship the product to respective Courier/Parcel Office in Chennai.
           3.  Actual Shipping cost will be paid by customer when collecting the order from respective Courier/Parcel Office.

           4.  The parcel will be shipped to Delivery branch of the Transporter - as mentioned by Customer in Order's Customer Comment section. (OR)
                The parcel will be shipped to Customer's nearest
    Transporter/Parcel Service Branch based on pin code provided in the order.
           5.  Parcel LR/Reference number will be updated in the order. This will be asked in the respective Courier/Parcel Service Office.
           6.  Choose Delivery Branch of the respective transporter from below link and paste the same in Customer Comments/Add as delivery address.
